Quality Control for WIA

This system provides a full set of reports so that offices that provide WIA services may monitor their performance and understand the client population they serve.  Under WIA, these offices are evaluated using agreed performance levels under 15 measures.  Depending on whether they exceed or miss these agreed levels, these office will see increases or decreases in their funding levels in future years.  Therefore, this quality control system is a crucial tool in managing WIA services.

In addition, the system records performance goals and implements customer satisfaction questionnaires.

The system was built with MS Visual Basic, MS Access, and Active Reports.
