This project dealt with the implementation of the Capability Maturity Model (CMM), a software project management method, at a major bank.  It involved documenting and analyzing the current software processes, and developing action plans to make them compliant with CMM.

We worked as team leaders and designers for the following processes: Software Requirements Management, Software Project Planning, and Software Subcontract Management.
