Servi-Empleo

This web-based system supports a call center that provides residents of Puerto Rico with information about government agencies that provide training and employment support.  The system also permits citizens to be referred to these agencies, where officers with access to it can follow-up on each referral.  Moreover, based on a simple profile about each caller, Servi-Empleo automatically computes to which agencies a citizen should be referred to.

The system was built with MS Visual Basic, MS InterDev, MS IIS, SQL Server 2000 and COM+.
